How to Carve a Turkey

It’s been a while since I last blogged. Okay, so it’s been more than a little while. But I have a really good reason. One which is foolproof: I forgot. To blog, that is. But I won’t anymore. Really.

Okay, so maybe I didn’t forget. But I’m back. And it’s time to talk about food. The holidays are here, and people are broke and cranky. But they’re never cranky abut food. I have a theory this year, which is the whole point of tomorrow’s project (we like to call that “foreshadowing”). That is, this year, more than ever in modern times, people are, and will be, eating at home, and entertaining at home, more than ever. And I’m here to help.

Starting tomorrow, with Mollye B. DeMille, I’ll be producing my very first video, which will hopefully make me the next (and only?) internet star to keep my clothes on. For video #1, I’ll be showing the world how to carve a turkey. I’ll post it on my website, YouTube, Facebook, and everywhere else I can think of.

And I’ll keep blogging. Really. I promise.
