Ingredients
- ⅓ cup molasses
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 juiced limes
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (lightly packed)
- 1½ tablespoons fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (more if desired)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine everything in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes
- Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks
