BBQ Sauce

 

1/3 cup molasses

1 cup ketchup

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

2 limes, juice only

½ cup orange juice

2 tablespoons brown sugar, LIGHTLY PACKED

1 ½ tablespoons fresh ginger, grated

1+ tablespoons chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Combine everything in a saucepan, and simmer for 15 minutes
  2. Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks

Yield: approx ¾ quart (3 cups)
