Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews (4 ½ ounces)
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender, and process until smooth

Notes

Makes approximately 2/3 of a cup
