Ingredients

  • ¼ cup red or white wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • 1 pinch dried crushed red pepper
  • 1 pinch dried oregano (1/8 tsp)
  • ½ tsp agave or honey
  • ½ cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Whisk everything together except the olive oil. 
  • When everything is combined, slowly whisk in the olive oil, until it’s all combined.
  • This is best, after it’s made, when it’s had at least an hour for the ingredients to rest and meld
