- ¼ cup red or white wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- ½ tsp dried basil
- 1 pinch dried crushed red pepper
- 1 pinch dried oregano (1/8 tsp)
- ½ tsp agave or honey
- ½ cup olive oil
- Whisk everything together except the olive oil.
- When everything is combined, slowly whisk in the olive oil, until it’s all combined.
- This is best, after it’s made, when it’s had at least an hour for the ingredients to rest and meld
