Italian Dressing

¼ cup red or white wine vinegar

2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

½ teaspoon dried basil

1 pinch dried crushed red pepper

Pinch (1/8 teaspoon) dried oregano

½ teaspoon agave or honey

½ cup olive oil

  1. Whisk everything together except the olive oil. 
  2. When everything is combined, slowly whisk in the olive oil, until it’s all combined.
  3. This is best, after it’s made, when it’s had at least an hour for the ingredients to rest and meld
