Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice uncooked
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 ½ inches fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- zest of two lemons
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the rice, stock, ginger, and lemon zest to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 17-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked

Yield: Approximately 3 cups, or 4 servings
