Ingredients

  • 1 cup jasmine rice uncooked
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 ½ inches fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • zest of two lemons
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the rice, stock, ginger, and lemon zest to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 17-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked

Notes

Yield: Approximately 3 cups, or 4 servings
