Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice (or other rice)
- 2 cups vegetable stock (or chicken stock or water)
- 2 teaspoons ginger (peeled and minced)
- 2 lemons (zest only)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Add the rice, stock, ginger, and lemon zest to a saucepan. Cover, bring to a boil over a high heat. Lower the heat to low, and simmer for 17-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked to your liking
