Ingredients
- 2 pounds russet potatoes (washed, peeling is optional)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil (more as needed)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°
- Set aside a large sheet pan
- Cut the potatoes into French fry length pieces (whatever you’d like)Place them on the sheet pan, and add the olive oil, covering the potatoes as much as possible. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through and a golden brown. Turn the potatoes over every 12-15 minutes, and more often as they finish cooking
- Sprinkle with salt, and serve immediately
