Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chunky peanut butter
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Asian-style chili-garlic sauce (like Sriracha)
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp warm water

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together all of the ingredients, except the water.
  • Once it’s warmed through, if it’s too thick, thin it with water.
  • Serve warm, or at room temperature.

Notes

Yield: makes approximately ¾ cup of sauce
