Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz bag frozen raspberries, thawed
  • cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto or rum (optional)

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients into a blender, or food processor, and process until smooth. Adjust the flavor to your liking. Add more sugar or Amaretto, if desired
  • With a spatula, press the sauce through a strainer to remove the seeds.  Serve chilled, or at room temperature.
