Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder (or cayenne)
  • 10 cornichons pickles (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons red onion (minced)

Instructions

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream
  • Add the remaining ingredients, and combine
  • Serve chilled, and adjust the seasoning as needed

Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups
