Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425º
- Cut off the florets off the broccoli, leaving as much stalk as you like. Combine with the olive oil and sprinkles of salt and pepper
- Roast in the oven for 8 minutes, then turn the broccoli over in the pan, and roast for another 5 minutes. Continue to roast until cooked to your liking
- Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper, and serve
