Roasted Broccoli

1 head of broccoli

2-3 tablespoons olive oil


black pepper

Preheat the oven to 425º

  1. Cut off the florets off the broccoli, leaving as much stalk as you like. Combine with the olive oil and sprinkles of salt and pepper
  2. Roast in the oven for 8 minutes, then turn the broccoli over in the pan, and roast for another 5 minutes. Continue to roast until cooked to your liking
  3. Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper, and serve

Makes 6-8 servings
