Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium green cabbage (stem removed, cut into 1"think round slices)
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°. Brush a rimmed sheet pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, or line it with parchment paper
  • Place the sliced cabbage in a single layer on the sheet pan, and brush with olive oil on both sides
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast until the cabbage is tender, and edges are golden, 30-40 minutes

Notes

Note: You can also sprinkle with caraway or fennel seeds before roasting, or any other seasoning you’d like
