- 6 medium carrots (approximately 12 oz)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°
- Place the carrot on a sheet pan with sides. Add the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.
BIG NOTE: every 5-7 minutes, turn over the carrots to keep them from burning.
