Ingredients

  • 6 medium carrots (approximately 12 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°
  • Place the carrot on a sheet pan with sides. Add the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roast in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Notes

BIG NOTE: every 5-7 minutes, turn over the carrots to keep them from burning.
