Ingredients
- ½ cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- zest of one lime
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ lbs salmon fillet
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, except the salmon
- Add the salmon to the mixture, and cover it well
- Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper, and place the salmon on it
- Cook for approximately 12-14 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking
Notes
Yield: 4 servings NOTE: It’s fine if you don’t have parchment paper. This just helps prevent the salmon from sticking to the pan
