Ingredients

  • ½ cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • zest of one lime
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ lbs salmon fillet

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, except the salmon
  • Add the salmon to the mixture, and cover it well
  • Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper, and place the salmon on it
  • Cook for approximately 12-14 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking

Notes

Yield: 4 servings
NOTE: It’s fine if you don’t have parchment paper. This just helps prevent the salmon from sticking to the pan
