Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs salmon fillets, cut into 4 servings
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger root
- 1 tbsp sesame seed, toasted
- 2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°
- Place the salmon in a bowl
- Place the remaining ingredients into a blender or food processor, and process until it’s mostly smooth
- Pour the marinade over the fish Turn it over to coat all of the sides
- Marinate for up to 30 minutes, turning the fish occasionally. If you don’t have the time for the fish to marinate, you can cook it immediately
- Place the fish skin side down on a sheet pan with sides
- Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes, or 10 minutes for every inch of thickness of the fish. Cook to your liking, or to an internal temperature of 145°
