Quick Peanut Sauce

¼ cup chunky peanut butter

¼ cup fresh lime juice

2 tablespoon Asian-style chili-garlic sauce (like Sriracha)

2 tablespoon light-brown sugar

2+ tablespoons warm water

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together all of the ingredients, except the water.
  2. Once it’s warmed through, if it’s too thick, thin it with water.
  3. Serve warm, or at room temperature.

Yield: makes approximately ¾ cup of sauce
