Quick Peanut Sauce
¼ cup chunky peanut butter
¼ cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoon Asian-style chili-garlic sauce (like Sriracha)
2 tablespoon light-brown sugar
2+ tablespoons warm water
- In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together all of the ingredients, except the water.
- Once it’s warmed through, if it’s too thick, thin it with water.
- Serve warm, or at room temperature.
Yield: makes approximately ¾ cup of sauce
