Remoulade Sauce

½  cup mayonnaise

½  cup sour cream

1 teaspoon paprika

½  teaspoon cumin

½  teaspoon chili powder or cayenne

8-10 cornichons pickles, minced

2 tablespoons red onion, minced

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream. 
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, and combine. 
  3. Serve chilled, and adjust the seasoning as needed.
